As of 3/3/09, the EPD has loosened its watering restrictions and will now allow the use of soaker hoses and drip irrigation for one hour per day, between midnight and 10 a.m., on an odd/even schedule. This is in addition to the one hour per day of hand watering that has already been permitted on the same odd/even system and the 10 week grace period for new landscapes.
